Can you provide a simple introduction to the geomancy services you provide? |

Our services are divided into three phases. Our geomancy master shall first pay a personal visit to your premises for checking and evaluation. After which, you will receive a proposal in the form of a draft. Our drafting consultants shall assist you in clarifying any doubts or questions that you may have on the proposal. They will also provide you with an auspicious date for the commencement of works.
The second phase entails a report that is based on the final layout of the furniture and amenities. A session is then arranged for you to meet Grand Master Tan in a month's time as well as for the collection of your report. In this session, he will give you a breakdown on the feng shui orientation of your premises. He shall also enlighten you on the matters that you ought to note as well as offer brief analyses on the eight characters of the various family members. In addition, a date is selected for the ceremony to mark the completion of works or the official shift into premises.
The final phase embodies a consolidating examination of the premises. Grand Master Tan shall make another trip to the aforesaid property after three months' of its renovation or occupation to ensure that instructions and suggestions have been followed. By this juncture, the services shall be considered to have concluded. However, free support services are available to cater to any enquiries you may still have, such as the selection of dates to perform renovation or refurbishment, and the repositioning of furniture. What are required of me if I wish to engage a residential feng shui consultation? |

In addition to booking an appointment, you must complete a comprehensive registration of personal particulars and nature of consultation either at our office or through post.
If you choose to come down to our office for registration, please remember to bring:
1. a floor plan of the property
2. birth details of all members who are or will be residing at the residence
3. full payment inclusive of GST.
Payment can be made with cash, cheque, NETS or credit card. A person-in-charge will help you arrange an appointment for a private visit to your property from Grand Master Tan in one or two weeks' time.
If you choose to correspond by post, registration forms and relevant documents that explain procedures shall be faxed or mailed to you. Please fill in the forms and send them back to us enclosed with a cheque for the full payment and a floor plan of the property. We will contact you shortly after receiving the essential materials.

Why is there a big difference in consultation charges between a HDB flat and a private property? |

The interior layout of most HDB properties is in general, simple. The shape of the flat rarely varies, thus rendering the examination of its feng shui to be relatively easy. Conversely private properties tend to come in many shapes and sizes and require more effort for a thorough evaluation. Most of these assets are landed properties that come with their own baggage of intricacies.
Additional factors such as the geographical location of the house, the texture and quality of the soil, the conflicting forces around the residence which include lampposts, roads, drainage channels and neighbouring houses, have to be taken into consideration too during investigation. We employ a uniform and systematic mode of operation and all services are organised with their respective standard procedures. Clients are thus fully aware of the whole process from commencement to end. All evaluation and suggestions are personal recommendations of Grand Master Tan. Clients shall receive a computerised draft that indicates the proposed amendments to be made.
